Roots deeply planted in Jalgaon's soil.

Growing up in Chopda, a quiet town in Jalgaon district, I was surrounded by endless, lush banana plantations. Every harvest season, the air was thick with the scent of raw agriculture. Jalgaon alone produces over 40% of India's bananas, establishing itself as the undisputed Banana Capital.

While pursuing my MSc in Management at Oxford Brookes University in the UK, I noticed the global shift toward functional foods. Yet, back home, the immense nutritional potential of raw, green bananas remained largely untapped. We were growing the best crops, but mostly consuming them ripe.

I returned to India with a singular vision: Raw Velvet.

Our mission is to harvest these premium green bananas at their absolute nutritional peak, carefully mill them into a versatile flour, and seamlessly integrate naturally rich resistant starch into your everyday diet. We bridge the gap between Jalgaon's rich farms and modern, health-conscious kitchens.
