OUR PROMISE

At Raw Velvet, we stand behind the quality of every pack we send. Your satisfaction is important to us. We are a small family business and we pack every product with care and love.

REPLACEMENT ELIGIBILITY

You are eligible for a FREE replacement if:

1. Product arrives physically damaged or leaking

2. Packaging is tampered or seal is broken

3. Wrong product is delivered

4. Product is expired on the date of delivery

5. Product is missing from your order

HOW TO CLAIM REPLACEMENT

Step 1: Contact us within 24 hours of delivery on WhatsApp or email with:

- Your order details

- Clear photo of the damaged/wrong product

- Photo of the outer packaging

Step 2: We will review your request within

1 working day.

Step 3: If approved, we will dispatch your

replacement product within 48 hours at NO extra cost to you.

NOT ELIGIBLE FOR RETURN OR REPLACEMENT

The following are NOT eligible for return or replacement:

- Change of mind after purchase

- Dislike of taste or flavour

- Incorrect delivery address entered by customer at time of order

- Damage caused by improper storage after delivery

- Requests raised after 24 hours of delivery

WHY NO TASTE-BASED RETURNS?

As this is a food product, we are unable to accept returns for taste or preference reasons for the safety and hygiene of all our customers. We encourage you to read our product description carefully before ordering.

REFUNDS

In cases where replacement is not possible due to stock unavailability, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5-7 working days.

FRAUDULENT CLAIMS

Raw Velvet reserves the right to reject replacement requests where there is evidence of false or misleading information. Repeated fraudulent claims may result in the customer being blocked from future purchases. We reserve the right to take appropriate legal action in cases of proven fraud.

SHIPPING FOR REPLACEMENTS

All shipping costs for approved replacements are borne entirely by Essenza Agro. You do not pay anything for a valid replacement.
